This policy explains what information Daniel Poon and KDP Investments ("we", "us") collect, how we use it, and your choices.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect
- What you send us on our reply page, by email, text or phone: your name, email address, mobile number and notes about the property.
- Your texting permission, if you give it: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the internet address it came from.
- Mailing addresses from public records, such as probate and property records, if we wrote to you first.
How we use it
To reply in the way you chose, to send letters and postcards about a property, and to keep records of your consent and of any request to stop. We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes and the records the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business (a text and phone provider, a mail printing service and an email provider), and only so they can do that work for us. This never includes text messaging opt-in data and consent. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Anything else, including asking what we hold or to delete it: email info@kdpinvestments.com.
Do Not Track and changes
This site sets no cookies and doesn't track visitors, so it doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals differently. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
